#Nicecast xp full
I would stick to ZARARadio Free edition (probably the most full free featured standalone)\ edcast, but I ran into a snag.Įdcast takes the text of the program, and exports it to the server in the title XML socket. I have actually been requesting to some features here, would recommend others get in on this: Features include multiple streaming sources (YES, you can take multiple sources without stereo mix) and a whole SLEW of added little features I wish others had thought of.
#Nicecast xp install
Both extremely easy to install through MS site. Its a little different to set up, as you have to install MS framework 3.5 prior to installation, and MS MYSQL server prior to installation. #2) Lunarcaster- The newest version BLEW me away, the windows streaming game just got +1'ed in my book thanks to this program. Its worth whatever I donate, fairchild is the man. Theirs honestly no reason anyone shouldn't try this, Free OS, Free software/streamer. When you go to install it, it propts for Jack2, and you dont even have to go to terminal to run a JACK server anymore. Its made for linux, and is in the Debian library. You guys forgot my two favorite broadcasting FULL FEATURE applications on the Web.
#Nicecast xp update
That's all I have this far, I'll update the list when I find some new tools and hopefully you guys understood what I'd like to do here and help me build this list.
#Nicecast xp for mac
Nicecast - an excellent encoder for Mac OS, it allows using different applications like iTunes as the source.B.U.T.T - a cross platform (Windows, Linux and Mac) encoder that supports SHOUTcast and Icecast. Please don't let this thread die, because I'm sure there are a lot more people looking for somethings like this. So I would like to ask the SHOUTcast community here and everywhere to help me put together a list of tools: encoders, automation, live broadcasting and more. Now with the new DSP plugin out, it seems that things are getting better, but I would still like to have a list of good broadcasting tools, not just an encoder. I can't believe that nobody bothers to make a decent broadcasting tool. After months of researching I failed to find a good list or comparison of good or professional broadcasting tools. So, good program + good service = 5 star rating for me.Before you delete this thread please hear me out.
He was supportive, and I got the sense that he really takes time to help his customers. He stayed with me, and whereas the solution turned out to be as simple as turning off a checkbox on the troubling program, I didn't feel belittled for not knowing better. Yesterday, the developer took a reasonable amount of time to help me solve a long-standing problem I've had with trying to capture audio from a particularly troubling program. If there's a problem with a program or its interaction with other programs, then that is part of how well the program works and if the customer service is lacking, then that will also end up being a part of how well the program works. Although I know that MU fans often admonish reviewers for using customer service as part of the review and rating, I think it's an important part of the overall experience. Moreover, though, the customer service is superb. It's notable that any programs that used to be competitive have simply ceased development or haven't been able to keep up. I've gotten used to the interface - indeed, it has many advantages - and really, AH is simply the best game in town.
